Meet The Team
We are Beckie Batchelor and Onitha Jarrold - we have joined our creative and neurodivergent forces to create a support hub for women and non binary people. We are a non profit organisation (Community Interest Company) providing meet ups; both on line and in person, signposting, creative workshops and 1:1 mentoring and Coaching for neurodivergent people. We also have a small team of volunteers who help us run events and support our community.
Our Group Formats Explained
We offer a range of groups to support different needs, preferences, and stages of life. Some are informal and activity-based, others offer peer support through shared experiences, and some are more focused with set topics and structured sessions.
Groups may take place online or in person, and while not every group will suit everyone, we’re here to help you find the right fit. Whether you're looking for connection, guidance, or just a space to be heard – there's a place for you.

The Welcome Hub
A monthly online session where you can meet the team, ask questions about our groups and support options, and get to know us in a relaxed, informal space. Perfect if you're new and want to feel more familiar before joining a group.

In Person Peer Support
Small groups of 6–10 people with no set topics – conversations are led by the group and shaped by shared experiences. A welcoming, supportive space to talk and connect face-to-face.

Online Peer Support
Just like our in-person groups, but from the comfort of your own space. No pressure to turn your camera on – you're welcome to join in through voice or chat.

Young Women's Group
A supportive space for young women to connect and share experiences relevant to their life stage. Less focus on parenting or menopause – more on the issues that matter to you right now.

Creative Connections
Relaxed drop-in sessions centered around a shared activity or craft. Bring your own project or join in with the materials we provide – it's all about connecting through creativity.

1:1 Support
Personalised support tailored to you, offered through one-off sessions or ongoing support over 4–6 sessions. Whether you're looking for guidance, clarity, or space to reflect, our team is here to support you one-to-one.
“A safe and friendly space to talk about neurodiversity. Sharing my experiences I do not feel judged or pitied, just support by this wonderful community."
