Evening Support Meeting, Thursday 24th April 6.30pm-8pm

Come spend an evening engaging in relaxed discussions about all aspects of neurodivergence. Our support groups provide a safe space for open conversations with other women who might be on a similar path as you.

No formal diagnosis is necessary; you can be at the beginning of your journey and simply want to discuss some of the feelings or experiences you may be having.

By sharing stories and "comparing notes," you'll discover that you're not alone in your experiences and will recognize many shared traits and feelings.

There is no expectation that anyone has to take part in any conversations, many women find just listening to others is extremely valuable.

We ask that all conversations are kept confidential.

All of our support groups are facilitated by Neurodivergent women, this means we may occasionally be running a little behind schedule or come in a little unorganised (lost keys anyone!?) but this also means none of us will bat an eyelid if you come in after the start time! The community we have created enables everyone to unapologetically be themselves and this extends to our group of amazing volunteers.

We want everyone to feel at ease and comfortable and know how difficult it can be coming to something new.
