Online Peer Support Group

PLEASE NOTE: This is an online Meet Up. You will receive an email before the meeting is due to take place - this may go to your junk folder so do check there. This is not automated, so we do sometimes forget until an hour before! If you have not received your link to join 30 minutes before the meeting, please email us hello@theumbrellahub.org and we will send it to you.

Our online peer support sessions are relaxed, welcoming spaces where you can connect with others who may share similar experiences. There’s no formal agenda and no pressure to talk – just space to listen, reflect, and join in when you feel ready.

There are no formal introductions, and some people in the group may already know each other from previous sessions. Conversations often flow naturally and may pick up where they left off. If you’re new, don’t worry – you’ll be warmly welcomed, and we’re happy to make gentle introductions if that would help you feel more comfortable.

You don’t need to have your camera on, and you're welcome to join in by speaking or using the chat – whatever feels best for you.

The session will start at 7.30pm and run until 8.30pm (roughly, we do overun sometimes if we are chatting!)
