Online Peer Support Group Tuesday 13th May 7.30pm-8.00pm

Come spend an evening engaging in relaxed discussions about all aspects of neurodivergence. Our support groups provide a safe space for open conversations with other women who might be on a similar path as you.

No formal diagnosis is necessary; you can be at the beginning of your journey and simply want to discuss some of the feelings or experiences you may be having.

By sharing stories and "comparing notes," you'll discover that you're not alone in your experiences and will recognize many shared traits and feelings.

This session is run online and is great for those who don't feel comfortable with an in person event.
