Weekend Peer Support Meeting Ipswich Saturday 3rd May 2.30-4.00pm

Come spend an evening engaging in relaxed discussions about all aspects of neurodivergence. Our support groups provide a safe space for open conversations with other women who might be on a similar path as you.

No formal diagnosis is necessary; you can be at the beginning of your journey and simply want to discuss some of the feelings or experiences you may be having.

By sharing stories and "comparing notes," you'll discover that you're not alone in your experiences and will recognize many shared traits and feelings. There is no expectation to join in with any conversation, listening is participation too.

There are no awkward games or ice breakers, we may offer a topic or two of discussion but the conversations are all led by the group.

All of the women facilitating the group are Neurodivergent and have lived experience.
