Young Women's Peer Support Group Tuesday 27th May, Ipswich 6.30pm-8.00pm

Come spend an evening engaging in relaxed discussions about all aspects of neurodivergence. Our support groups provide a safe space for open conversations with other women who might be on a similar path as you.

No formal diagnosis is necessary; you can be at the beginning of your journey and simply want to discuss some of the feelings or experiences you may be having.

By sharing stories and "comparing notes," you'll discover that you're not alone in your experiences and will recognize many shared traits and feelings. There is no expectation to join in with any conversation, listening is participation too.

Our Young Women's group is for over 18's but has no definite upper age limit. We identified a need for a group where discussions were not centred around menopause, parenting and other similar topics. Topics may cover things like University Life, employment, friendships, relationships etc.
