A community space for young neurodivergent women

We’re creating a monthly group designed to bring together neurodivergent women in their 20s and 30s — a safe, welcoming space to connect, share, and explore topics that matter to you.

This group is built around the needs of our community, offering a safe, supportive, and neuroaffirming environment where everyone can show up as themselves. It will offer the opportunity to connect with likeminded women, to explore neurodiversity with all its wonderful and messy parts, and to be listened to and understood. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re very welcome here.

What to Expect

  • Regular meetups with a themed focus or guest expert.

  • Sessions shaped by the community — from creativity and wellbeing to practical life tools.

  • Example topics include

  • Hormones and cycles

  • Managing overwhelm

  • Neurodivergent-friendly self-care

  • Creativity and expression

  • Mindfulness and nature

 Accessibility & Support

We know that new spaces can feel daunting, so we’ve designed the group to be as safe and supportive as possible.

We’re introducing a pre-meet chat step, so if you’re new to the group, you’ll already know someone before you arrive.
We’ve also filmed a short video of the venue, so you can see what to expect ahead of time.

This group offers:
