Saturday 1st November 2.30pm-4.00pm Claydon

Our in-person peer support groups are relaxed and welcoming spaces where you can talk, listen, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through. Each group has around 6 to 10 people and is shaped by the conversations that matter most to those in the room.

There’s no formal structure, no ice breakers, and no pressure to speak. Some people in the group may have met before, and conversations can sometimes carry on from one session to the next. If you’re new, don’t worry – you’ll be gently welcomed in. We don’t do formal introductions, but we’re always happy to introduce you if that would make things feel easier.

If you’ve never been to one of our groups before, we suggest starting with our Welcome Hub – an online introduction to our team, the support we offer, and what to expect from our sessions. It is available as a recording if you’d prefer to watch it in your own time.

If you’d like to chat with someone before attending or need help choosing the right group, feel free to get in touch or fill out our short triage form
