Peer Support Meetings for Neurodiverse Women
Join a welcoming, confidential space created by and for neurodiverse women. Our peer-led support groups are facilitated by neurodivergent women with lived experience, offering understanding and solidarity in a judgment-free environment. Each meeting centers around open, participant-led discussions on a variety of topics that matter to those in the room—from navigating relationships and self-advocacy to managing sensory needs or celebrating neurodivergent identity. You're free to share, listen, or just be present. All conversations are confidential and grounded in mutual respect and support. Come as you are—your voice, your pace, your experience are all valued here.
This group will take place in Colchester, we do offer other meetings in Ipswich. If you are not local to these areas or would prefer to take part in the comfort of your own home we also run online groups!
“A safe and friendly space to talk about neurodiversity. Sharing my experiences I do not feel judged or pitied, just support by this wonderful community." - Support Hub Attendee
